About The Event
Learn Mindfulness from the original template for the research that put Mindfulness on the Map. Weekly Class local or online, standardized mindfulness practices in supportive confidential group, take home Mp3 Audio, a Full Day of Mindfulness. (27 hrs)
Note additional date for All Day Practice: Oct 26th 10 -5pm
Corporate participants learn from direct experience how to embed attentional neurobiology in daily work situations, applications for individuals & teams
Clinicians will be Participant/Observers through our 8 weeks together. Studying in your own research laboratory of your experience with the standardized mindfulness practices utilized in the mbsr program since 1979.
CEUs are available - additional fee through registration here and then with outside entity that issues your certificate
