How of Habit Change - learn in this multi-layered approach to change - in-person connection to review how our daily life is going in the world of habit, explore, with help of weekly prompts, how to spot the habits, get familiar with them in a different context, learn to direct the old to the new, utilize various practices that support the attitude that allows change, and learn the science of real-time brain change, creating new rewarding memory. This is a chance to change forever, not a will-based striving, but a direct engagement that can actually be fun!
