Small Class Venue at Dr Brieanna Siefeeldt, DO Center for Medicine in Denver - we will explore Themes: What is Mindfulness, How Intention determines Habit Change, Perception's role in our Stress, Presence as mediator of Health & well-being, Identify our Stressors & new approach to break the cycle of unhealthy stress, train in standardized mindfulness practices
